Linda offers a great holistic and personalised approach to nutrition. Most helpfully she takes into account your lifestyle and provides a thorough nutrition plan based on, amongst other things, where you like to eat and shop. She is always available on email to answer any follow up questions and provide further guidance on recipes etc. A brilliant service that has resulted in my taking a more educated and mindful approach to what I eat. After just a couple of months my energy levels feel much higher. I recommend.

Linda gave me a wonderful tailored nutrition plan for the duration of my pregnancy helping me insure I had all the best nutrients and support for me and my baby. When I was then diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes at 28 weeks, she was able to help me adapt my meals and manage my blood sugar levels.
