My approach to weight loss is to work with you over a period of 12 weeks to make small but impactful changes to your diet and lifestyle in order to create life-long habits so that you never have to go on another fad diet again.
You may have found that you have tried various diets throughout your health journey and managed to lose some weight only to see it all come back after the diet ends. This is not how I approach weight loss, as quick fixes are rarely permanent. I will work with you over an extended period of time by incorporating my health coaching techniques as well as my nutritional expertise to keep you accountable and motivated and make lasting changes. You will then have the tools to start a new, positive relationship with food and to look and feel fabulous without ever feeling deprived!
