I spent years being consumed by my fertility journey, living cycle to cycle and losing myself in my quest to get – and stay – pregnant. It was this journey which sparked my love for nutrition, and after years of miscarriages and a failed IVF cycle, I was finally able to give birth to my beautiful daughter. When I discovered first hand the massive impact food, lifestyle and mindset could have on my fertility – not to mention feeling like I had my life back – it led me to quit my corporate job and train as a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach so I could help other women fulfil their dreams of becoming a mother. My personal approach is to educate, empower and support you: always nourishing, never depriving.
